The Texas Rising Star program is a quality rating and improvement system for child care programs participating in the Texas Workforce Commission’s subsidized child care program. Faithful Care Learning & Development Center is sponsored by Texas Educational Baptist State Convention. FCLC, however, does not teach doctrine, but emphasizes the world as it relates to God and Jesus Christ.

Your child will learn scriptures from the Bible stories and Bible songs. FCLC will in no way promote denominational issues at the present time.
