Families with more than one child will receive a $10.00 discount for additional children.

Payment Policies

Multiple Children Discount

CCS payments are due on the first day of the month.

If CCS payments are not paid by the 3rd of the month, CCS will be notified. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Enrollment form must be filled out completely before the child will be accepted for admission.

Tuition Due Date

Tuition is due NO later than 5:30 pm on Monday afternoon.

Late Payment Fees

If payment is not received by Monday afternoon, a $20.00 late fee will be assessed.

An additional $10.00 per WEEK after that.

After 2 weeks of non-payment, the child will be terminated, and full balance must be paid to return (if spot is available).

Attendance & Absences

DURING HOLIDAYS TUITION IS STILL DUE.

There is no part-time schedule available. If the child attends only one day of the week, then full tuition is still due.

If the child is out two weeks without communication, it is considered a withdrawal, and all registration fees will apply upon return.

Tuition will not change if the child is absent. The child will not be accepted for admission if payment is not paid.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

If you paid more than the required amount, you will be issued credit towards your next week or CCS payments.

Center Hours

Opening: 6:30am

Closure: 6:00pm (Promptly at 5:55pm)

Arrivals & Departures

Parents/guardians must sign children in/out.

Accompany child to classroom and alert staff.

Establish fixed drop-off/pick-up times for security.

Children must arrive by 9:00 AM for breakfast & learning. Doors lock at 9:00 AM without prior notification (e.g., appointments).

Allow time for cleanup at departure. ID required for pick-up by anyone on emergency list.

Late Pick-Ups

Center closes promptly at 5:55 PM.

Late fee: $1.00 per child, per minute after 6:00 PM, due at pick-up or next day.

Three late pick-ups may result in enrollment review/cancellation.

Make prior arrangements if you anticipate being late.

Legal authorities contacted for children left 1 hour after closing (center not insured after hours).
